We accept Personal/Company Checks and Money Orders. All checks and money orders must be denominated in U.S. Currency. Make checks payable to: Silver Center America Inc., 4427 Enterprise Street Fremont, CA 94538. Please write the order number on the face of the check so we can make sure your order is sent out in a timely manner.

Sales Tax

We collect California sales tax on all orders with a California address. Customers with tax-exempt credentials may call our office at 510-651-2144 between 9 AM - 4 PM Pacific Time, to obtain a refund.


Cancelled orders will be refunded upon return of merchandise in sellable condition. Refund will be arranged through the original method of payment. Shipping fee will not be refunded. A restocking fee may be charged depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.



We use UPS Ground or USPS (First Class or Priority Mail) for delivery to U.S. destinations. Transit time for U.S. orders should be 2 to 5 business days depending on location. If you are in a rural area or in Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, AFO/APO please make sure to provide your USPS address. Tracking information is available.

Transit time might be longer during the holiday season or extreme weather conditions.

Call our office at 510-651-2144 between 9 AM - 4 PM Pacific Time to place expedited orders with UPS Next Day, Second Day or 3-Day Delivery Services.

About Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with an accurate and complete address. Address corrections after the package has been sent out is very expensive ($25 charged by the courier) and often impossible. Packages returned to us with address errors often incur an additional return shipping fee (charged by the courier), which will be deducted from the refund of the cancelled order.

Please check that the address you have provided is correct and current. Do not use non-standard abbreviations. UPS charges $10 to re-direct a package for any reason, and you are responsible for this re-direction fee and other charges that might incur.
